Gilmore, on Gilmore's claim that he was discharged because of his age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1999 & Supp. 2000), and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA), TEX. LABOR CODE ANN. §§ 21.001-.556 (Vernon 1996 & Supp. 2001). We affirm.
